Paraphilia problems can range from normal behaviors to behaviors that may be considered destructive or threatening to society in general. According to the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders-V, the terms “paraphilia” and ” paraphilia disorder” are different. Various paraphilias affecting children directly or indirectly have been documented in the scientific literature. Among these, pedophilia, diaper fascination and pedophilia are important. Paraphilia childhood refers to the desire to be a paraphilia child. Diaperophilia involves fetishistic behavior related to diapers, while pedophilia represents sexual attraction to children. Behaviorally these three paraphilias share some similar features and overlap in some features, but psychologically they are different. In many forms of digital media, these terms are used interchangeably or explained in a confusing way. However, when explained one by one, it is clearly written and therefore focus on details is required to overcome the current tendency to confuse. The review focuses on behavioral, developmental, psychological and legal aspects of paraphilias.
