Adult Baby Diaper Play
ABDL Means adult baby diaper lover. This is a guiltless and recreational type of play. An adult is attended to just like you would treat a baby. An adult baby is put in baby clothes and diapers (adult, of course); adult babies also have a loving mommy and daddy to care for them.
